Veteran champion driver attack technical Bira circuit

Practice session at Bira International Circuit, Rayong, Thailand This is my friend Hong's race car for this year's Super 1500 open class. My car will be the same except my chassis is EG hatch, and my roll cage is not fully welded to the car body (for easier body work repair later at the sacrifice of lateral stiffness). He will be racing in Super 1500 open class group B, I and another driver (with out own cars) will race in group C. Hong will also race in Thai Honda Civic One Make Race with K20A Type R engine sponsored by the event organizer. Car info: Chassis: EK (2door hatch), with roll cage fully welded to the car body for utmost stiffness. Suspension: E-spec 2 way adjustable. Brake: front ATC 2 piston caliber 280mm rotor, race brake pad, rear, stock caliber and rotor. Transmission: custom straight cut 1-5 gears. Interior: Anti-slip buckle seat, 6 point harness, engine kill switch, emergency fire extinguisher release switch (both engine kill and extinguisher switch have 2nd switch at the hood for outside access. Fuel cell: Main race fuel tank inside the car, with sub-tank next to it. Bosch fuel pump. Engine: JDM D15B (race regulated, otherwise we would put a B16C or B18B.hehehe). Light weight flywheel with dual plate race clutch. Polyurethen engine mounts, JDM superchips custom fuel map and raised rev limiter to 8500rpm. Lightened valve retainer. High profile camshaft.
