Had a 4.5" Craftsman to die mid-project - Bought the 1806E-6 for a good deal. 12 amps gives GREAT power! Cuts like butter AND is not heavy. I think this is a great mid-range model - not too big nor too small. Used it to cut CMU (hollow and filled), concrete, rebar, WWM - all with the greatest of ease.
