As with many homeowners, I have occasional need for a hammer drill-type tool, and have happily rented one for $50 a day as required. Lately, I had a three week project that involved concrete chiseling, asphalt cutting, rebar driving, concrete and cinder block drilling, and tamping of crushed limestone and cold-patch asphalt.
