This is a great product and the price is right. In two months, we've used it for everything from 1/2" quick holes (it goes about 2-3x as fast as our SDS-plus HILTI drill with the same diameter bit) to 4" core holes in pebbled-concrete. We drilled one 4" core through 16 inches of this type of concrete in 7 minutes yesterday. It does a great job - very comparable to the SDS-Max Hilti drills rented at Home Depot / Lowes. This drill is heavy to use overhead but manageable, and it's a joy to use downwards.
