I had shopped for months looking for a reliable, heavy duty but not too expensive rotary hammer. Despite the somewhat confusing product descriptions, this unit also has a hammer only mode. To save a bit of money, I opted for a "used" model. Well, the unit arrived quickly and was well packaged. When I opened the container, this thing looked like it had never been touched. I had purchased this unit to drill about 40 1" holes about 6" deep into a concrete grade beam and was shocked at how well this thing worked.
